What is the deal with the Ticketmaster security check?
OK I know they have to go to great measure to make sure that no one fraudulently purchases mass numbers of tickets through some automatronic robot. I understand the concept of a security check word. I even understand it not being in Arial font, but instead having a loopy, mysterious look to it.
But what is up with this:
"Type both words separated by a space below"?!
Words that are not even real words ("vaude")?!
Blurred loopy font...with a LINE THROUGH IT?!
I really don't know why this is necessary. I just wanted to buy tickets to a concert, but I kept getting error messages at the security checkpoint, so now I'm too annoyed to continue.
Pfft. Or, pFfT.

Thank you! I tried to figure out my March Madness yahoo ID for an entire hour Wednesday because I could not get through the ridiculous security check... rarrrr
